Here's how it all works...
It's easy as 1, 2, 3!
Easy online application, 12-month rental, no deposit
1. Sign Up
Simply choose the product you want from our extensive range and hit the "apply online now" button. We'll then ask you a few basic questions and check whether renting it suitable for you.
2. Set Up
Approval. Payments. Paperwork
Once approved simply sign your digital contract online. We'll even set up your Direct Debit payments for you. New customers, and returning customers using a different bank account, will need to arrange their first payment during the application process to confirm the authenticity of the bank details provided.
Delivered direct to your door
Once we've confirmed your paperwork and your payments have been set up to be deducted from your nominated bank account, we'll post your product out to you. Most customers will get their new rental within 10 business days.

Is renting right for me?
Renting is a fantastic way to get access to brand new products that you might not be able to buy outright. Renting does mean you will end up paying more for something than if you bought it outright though, as renting costs are associated with providing finance and credit, as well as a number of risk-associated costs - so we do always recommend customers to buy something outright if they can afford to.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is working is eligible to rent one of our products, along with those receiving any of the following Centrelink benefits: Parenting Payment, Family Tax Benefit, Disability Support Pension, Carer's Allowance, Widow's Allowance, Aged Pension and Newstart. Unfortunately, we don't accept Youth Allowance or Austudy.
How many items can I order at a time?
You can order one product at a time with accessories. There is then a 6-month gap before you'll become eligible to apply for any another item.
How do I complete an application online?
Simply find the product you'd like to rent, click on the ‘Apply online now' button and complete all your details. We'll also need to collect some additional information to verify your income and expenses before sending you your digital contract to sign, which can all be done online, using an easy and secure automated service.
When will I get my product?
Not long at all! Once approved and your payments have been confirmed, we'll dispatch your item with most customers receiving their new rental within 10 business days!
What happens at the end of my contract?
We'll send you an email a few weeks before your last payment advising you of your three options, where you can either make us an offer to buy your item from as a little as $1, return it to us, or continue renting.
Why was my application denied?
As part of your application, we run a series of assessments to ensure renting is right for you and you can afford your rental. Please visit our Help Centre for an overview of these checks and why your application may have been denied.
