Delivered direct to your door

Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible to place a MIM Pay Layby application with Make It Mine, provided you're over the age of 18. We accept MIM Pay Rental and No Interest applications from anyone who is working or receiving any of the following Centrelink benefits: Parenting Payment, Family Tax Benefit, Disability Support Pension, Carer's Allowance, Widow's Allowance, Aged Pension and Newstart. Unfortunately, we don't accept Youth Allowance or Austudy.
How can I pay for my product?
With MIM Pay we offer you a range of flexible payment options and contract lengths to suit your financial situation. Once your MIM Pay Rental, No Interest or Layby application has been approved, and you've made any initial payments, your weekly or fortnightly payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated bank account via direct debit.
How many items can I order at a time?
You can apply for one main item at a time, with additional accessories. With a MIM Pay Rental, there is then a 6 month wait before you'll be eligible to apply for another item. There is no limit on the number of MIM Pay No Interest or Layby contracts you can have running at the same time, although each new application will be subject to approval.
How do I complete an application online?
Simply find the product you'd like, click on the 'Apply now' button. Select your preferred MIM Pay payment option, add any additional accessories and complete all your details. For a MIM Pay Rentals and No Interest we'll also need to collect some additional information to verify your income and expenses, via an easy and secure online service.
You'll then receive your digital contract to sign online, and once you've done that and your payments are set up, you're good to go!
When will I get my product?
Once we receive your signed digital contract, you've set up your payments and made any initial payments, we'll dispatch your item. You should receive it within 10 business days! Or for a MIM Pay Layby, we'll dispatch it once your scheduled payments have been made.
What happens after I make my final payment?
If you're renting, we'll be in touch before your last payment advising you of your three options, where you can either make us an offer to buy your item from as a little as $1, return it to us, or continue renting. For MIM Pay No Interest, once your final payment is made there will be nothing more to pay. And for a MIM Pay Layby, once you've made your final payment your contract is complete and we'll dispatch your item.
Why was my application denied?
As part of your Rental or No Interest application, we run a series of assessments to ensure the payment method is right for you and you can afford the item. Please visit our Help Centre for an overview of these checks and why your application may have been denied.
