What is an alternate order?
If your initial application was unsuccessful as a result of our financial assessment, to avoid missing out on a new product, you'll be offered the opportunity to update your application and submit an alternate order - with a change of product, payment type, contract length and/or payment frequency.
Depending on your situation, you may be eligible to select a different product and/or additional accessories to reduce the overall price of your order.
Otherwise, to maintain your chosen product and accessories, you'll be offered the option of switching to a Layby (or a Rental if your initial application was for a No Interest).
You'll be able to submit your alternate order as part of the initial application process online, otherwise we'll send you an email and SMS with all the details and how to proceed, or how to cancel your application if you wish.
