What is MIM Cover?
If you are renting a product from us and it’s lost, stolen or accidently damaged, simply contact us within 48 hours and advise us of the situation, pay a $99 Damage Waiver fee and once your application is assessed we’ll either repair the product, replace it with a similar product or release you from your contract.
You can only request MIM Cover once per contract for one Rental item.
If your item is lost or stolen you will also need to inform the Police within 48 hours of the incident:
- VIC – in person at your local Police Station
- WA – submitting online
- NSW/SA/TAS/ACT/NT – by calling Police Assistance Line on 13 14 44
You will also need to obtain a Police Incident Reference Number.
MIM Cover is only available for products on Rental contracts applied after 1 December 2017. Please check the terms and conditions of your Rental contract to see if your item is eligible.
MIM Cover is not available for No Interest and Layby.
