What happens if my delivery is damaged?
It doesn’t happen that often, but when it does we know it can be really upsetting – so that’s why we make sure we’ll take good care of you.
Just make sure you report the damage within 5 days. To do this, you can send a photo of the item by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll put you in touch with our Resolution Team. Then depending on the damage, we’ll either fix it for you, or replace it.
