How can I pay missed payment fees for my Rental item?
If you missed some payments during your Rental contract missed payment fees will be applied to your account.
We understand things change, so if you are struggling with your payments, please get in touch with our team and we’ll see how we can help.
Before the end of your contract, we'll contact you via email and SMS to let you know if you have outstanding missed payments fees and the options available to you. The options include:
- Catch up on your payments in arrears before the end of your contract and the missed payment fees will be waived (please note this does not apply to fees from Ezidebit, our direct debit supplier). You can catch up on your arrears payments with a one-off payment or by increasing your regular weekly or fortnightly payment amount.
- Pay the missed payment fees in one payment at the end of your contract.
- Pay the missed payment fees at the end of your contract as additional weekly or fortnightly payments.
If you receive a message outlining this you'll be asked to let our team know your preferred option and our team will walk you through the next steps.
If our team doesn't hear back from you, option 3 will be applied to your contract.
