How can I pay missed payment fees for my No Interest item or Layby?
If you missed some payments during your No Interest contract or Layby fees will be applied to your account.
We understand things change, so if you are struggling with your payments, please get in touch with our team and we’ll see how we can help.
Before the end of your contract, we'll contact you via email and SMS to let you know if you have outstanding missed payments fees and the options available to you. The options include:
- Arrange and pay a one-off payment of the outstanding missed payment fees.
- Pay the fees at the end of your contract as additional weekly or fortnightly payments.
If you receive a message outlining this you'll be asked to let our team know your preferred option and our team will walk you through the next steps.
If our team doesn't hear back from you, option 2 will be applied to your contract.
