Our cool customer service department features the Credit, Accounts, Resolutions and Inbound teams, and they're committed to giving our customers an awesome experience. As a business we think fantastic customer service is providing clear communication, listening and being helpful and friendly. It's what we instil within our whole team.
Our pretty awesome product management team works hard to ensure our customers have access to the best possible range. They source exciting new products from our suppliers and ensure there's an adequate supply for our customers. They also get to test out cool new toys and gadgets from time to time!
Our marvellous Marketing crew is responsible for managing the Make It Mine brand and our brand awareness. We look after communications, website content, social media channels, blogging, digital marketing, and… we could go on (and on!), but you get the drift. Marketing is the most awesome department at Make It Mine! (Can you tell we wrote this page?!)
Our incredible Information Technology (IT) department manages the behind the scenes tech stuff, like our website, CRM and tech systems. They provide the infrastructure and capabilities so we can be agile, innovative and efficient. The team includes business analysts, software engineers, operations and systems administration and data analysts.
Our fabulous finance department make numbers look easy! They keep us on track by maintaining the day to day accounting activities, budgets and forecasting, which align with our business goals.
Our heroic Human Resources (HR) department is crucial to helping Make It Mine be the most awesome place to work in Australia. And the team's role is to ensure that our people have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Make It Miners don't go hungry! Our kitchen is well stocked, so team members can make breakfast, lunch and snacks. And there's a coffee machine too. Did somebody say Tim Tams?!
At Make it Mine we love birthdays and provide our wonderful staff with a day off for their birthday to celebrate.
At Make It Mine it's casual Friday every day of the week!
